Auctioning virginity? Tsk.Tsk. Tsk.

On youtube, someone who covered half of his body with foil, auction his alleged virginity to contribute for the improvement of military armaments.

Minus the conditionalities that would limit potential bids, he was actually hoping to meet his 'soulmate' by ending it with a foolish hope to gather supposed attention of potential lovers thru this video clip.

Questions:

Was it funny? Partially yes.

Was it serious? For fun maybe, yes. Afterall, excluding the discussion on virtues and honor, I do not believe that all soldiers around the world would opt to generate funds/resources for the improvement of their facilities by prostituting or sexually auctioning themselves. Its an assault to their honor and long held policies albeit we know how military maximize sexual strategies [real or imagined] to win a battle.

What got my attention?
-His half body covered with foil. Was he dramatizing the anti-drug campaign of the country which has become the major source of politicians back-up funds?
-The malong he was wearing. This is something self-explanatory and anyone with good analysis on it can have a better perspective and better generated questions in mind.
-No guns around except that background arranged to look like that the venue is within a military facility.
-The motive of the video clip is not straight and not well defined. Resource generation or in search for a soulmate?
-He is fat. Therefore, he is not a martial artist himself. He better trim himself with Senator Panfilo Lacson's guidance.
-Knives and martial tools are not relevant to the auction.

My belief: He is not virginal.
